Athletes of all ages and abilities can benefit from prehabilitaion (body typing and injury prevention protocals,) wellness training, and self-care techniques. When injuries do occur Lisa offers individualized rehabilitation which includes collaboration with athletic coaches and trainers in order to ensure safe re-entry into sports activity.
